Before You Buy That Bat...
TEE-BALL (Ages 4-7):
All Tee Ball bats must feature the USA Baseball stamp, accompanied by the following text: "ONLY FOR USE WITH APPROVED TEE BALLS". Additionally, Tee Ball bats must not exceed 26 inches in length and barrel diameter cannot be larger than 2 1/4 inches.
FARM / MINOR / MAJOR / SENIOR DIVISIONS (Ages 7-12):
All youth bats (metal or BBCOR) used in the Farm through Major or Senior (if Minor and Major combined) divisions must not exceed 33 inches in length and cannot have a barrel diameter larger than 2 5/8 inches. Also, they must have the USA certified stamp. Solid one-piece wood barrel bats may be used and do not require the USA Baseball logo. The smallest part of any wood bat (handle) must not be less that 15/16 inch in diameter, or not less than 7/8 inch if bat is less than 30 inches long. Wood bats must be taped or fitted with a sleeve 16 inches from the small end.
